I KNOW that my books are becoming more readily available at shops you may want to frequent instead. Truthfully, I believe, you should be able to go in to the shop or even phone, and order the book from the shop to be picked up. Just tell them the information you find online. For example, B&N.com is a distributor, just give them the information on the books. I’m sure high demand will put these books directly on shelves. However, both of the most recent were proofed within the last six months (time is just that.)
