As far as diet is concerned – I cook
Everything fresh – even freeze fresh veggies ! (More details to follow) my diet is basically sans sugar – I am diabetic so any raw sugar I do my best to cut out. Otherwise I weigh my sugars – nectarine over a banana etc. As I am learning to cook I do read labels, but just for sugar content. Fat is just that sugar is no good ! Personally, Im scared of getting too thin, however I am on the lowest size of LeeLee 🙂 Also, as an aside, my food is cooked from scratch – so it tends to be healthy, and incredibly filling.
